love you

Mommy!!!!

dang time goes so fast!! i cant believe that jennie went to her first prom and hunter went to his last prom and is graduating this week!!!! WHERE HAS TIME GONE?!?!!?!?! i mean i know time has gone fast here but i forget that time still goes on back home haha

wow thats really cool that you get to do that job, that is a super neat experience because if i ever ended up in that situation i would have no idea what to do but lets all pray that you never have to use that knowledge in the real world!

this week has been good, to be honest i cant remember much because nothing super crazy happened but we had a really good lesson with our investigator Victoria, thats her english name. last time we met with her we asked her to read the restoration pamphlet but we werent really expecting her to because no one usually does but when she got there she pulled out the pamphlet and said she read half of it and opened it up and had things highlighted and underlined, things she didnt understand and wanted further explaining, we were so happy and excited so we got to explain further what the things she didnt understand! one of which was baptism she had never heard of it before so we showed her the baptismal fount and the video of Jesus Christ baptism and she said she had no idea that people got baptized like that. and at the time i was on exchanges with a sister from another area who was having a baptism that saturday so she was able to invite her to her investigators baptism and she was excited and wanted to go, but then she wasnt able to because her and her sister were moving this last weekend but its okay cause our ward has a baptism on sunday after church so that can be a way to get her to come to church and all the missionaries are singing at it so it could be a way to get her to come!!!

Our other investigator dropped of the face of the earth which is really sad..... she doesnt respond to phone calls or texts anymore but when we messaged her on kakao talk is says she hasnt read the message yet so we are hoping that she is on vacation and thats why, so hopefully this week she will respond!!

Yesterday we had a lot of time and the korean sister that lives with us wanted kimchi so she asked the relief society president if she knew anyone that had some we could have so she said that she did and we could go pick it up last night at her house, the other sisters were busy so they asked us to and since we had lots of time we decided to walk...we thought it would take us an hour it took us 2... it was about 4 miles away our feet hurt so bad after! but the member was super nice she was able to tell us some members that need help in the ward that we could go and visit and she is finding a member that could help us with our lesson with Victoria! but because we walked there and it took to long we werent able to walk back because it was almost 8:30 we decided to take a bus... except we couldnt find the bus stop and the one time we really need it is the time our goggle maps doesnt work so we wandered in a circle for 15 mins and finally took a taxi and barely made it home on time. whoops hahaha

sorry this email is lame again.... but i love you so much have a great week!!!!!!!!!

eah most people have two fridges, one for normal food and one for kimchi hahaha
we got to see lots of farms so it was a really pretty walk cause it was really green so it was worth it!
yeah they always have it so it nice when the missionaries need some because people always give us some! you need to try kimchi its actually really good (once you get used to it haha)
yeah we are doing really good! and every day i am amazed how much korean i actually know and how much i can communicate with people. its been nice not having someone to rely on, i think heavenly father knew i need an american companion to see how much i have progressed! Dan woolwine emailed me the other day all in korean and i was surprised to see i understood everything!
