I AM FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW

AWWWWWWW im so excited for hunter! that really will be the best mission for him. my distrcit leader right now is actually from there but lives in a different mission and one of the temple missionaries in my ward is from there too and i have only heard good things about that place! i have heard Tagalog a couple of times and it sounds just like spanish, some words are the same haha and i remember hunter being really good at spanish so he will be just fine! probably better then me at korean. jsut tell him to be patient with himself because believe me there will be man ydays where you think ou will never learn it and theres no point in even trying but then you will have other days where you actually understand things and actually can talk to someone and they understand everything you say and it makes those hard days worth it! and dont worry i didnt like soy sauce either before the mission and now i eat it all the time and like it! the mission will change your tongue, you will like things yo hated before. and we are the same here we cant drink water unless it has gone through a filter but all houses i have seen have filters attached to their sinks, my house does! and we only have a toaster oven too and no dishwasher

wait i didnt know Raquel was moving in?!?!? thats exciting them you wont feel like you dontr have kids at your house anymore because you will still have a bunch haha ad then you get to see lainey all the time, that was fun when we got to see Lincoln all the time! 

nothing happened this week that was super exciting. we havent got transfer calls yet, we get them this saturday so i dont get a new companion till next week, but im freaking out because there is a chance i might be going senior companion because president talked to me about it in interviews and one of the elders in my district used to be AP so he used to help president with transfer stuff he said he thinks president will make me senior this transfer. but i dot know enough korean to lead someone haha so i hoping to at least wait another transfer!! 

A huge area in my zone closed for the sisters a few weeks ago so we got some of their investigators so we have been doing a lot of traveling back and forth between our area ad their area. 

so every month our ward does a huge cleaning project where we clean up outside the church, the temple, and all the areas around them. and then clean the inside of the church. well normally afterward they give us costco muffins but this time they gave us Steak!!!!!!!! And it was soooo good! haha sorry nothing else exciting happened this week so this email is really lame! oh and on the bright side i officially made it through winter!!! this was the first week i didnt have to wear a coat at all~

oh okay well let me know if they do! 

yeah i know its been really slow here beacuse we dont really have nay progressing investigators since they both got baptized 

actually the week still went pretty fast! usually tuesday and wednesdays are really slow but once you make it to friday it all goes really fast! yeah we had to meals last week and one of the ones we went to both our recent converts went with us so that was fun!

okay ill ask him stuff!

oh yeah funny story so this week i went into 7-11 to put mioney on my bus card and my companion was right outsdie the door waiting for one of our recent converts, wheni walked out the door she was talking to 4 foreigner guys and i hear them say they are russian missionaries. so i walk up and recognized one of them, he is in chrissys ward! they told us that every three months their visas expire so they have to leave the country or something like that so they sent them to korea so they could go to the temple. small world right?! so then we pointed them to were good food is haha 

ahah no!! but i have heard crazy stories about bad things that have happened in my mission that i will have to tell you when i get home and thats why i have such a strict mission president!

oh they told us our new mission president, his name is brad Taylor, he is going to be such a different mission president then the one i have now, he seems so fun! the mission will definitely change a lot 

we are going to the temple and shopping with my trainer and her companion because she goes home next week too. but dont worry i wont spend money i know i have spent a lot!

​oh yeah it was white day here on the 14th its like valentines day but the guys buy the girls candy so one of our investigators gave us those bags for it! koreans think cough drops are candy and its the funniest thing
