sorry its so late!

to me

sorry you are probably sleep now, we are getting on super late! we have been running around a lot today, so not really a pday which stinks because we didnt end up getting on last week, but its okay i guess thats what happens as a missionary haha you dont always get pday even when you want one!

this weeks miracles: i found some really nice warm winter boots for $30!!!! and they are super comfortable so i was super happy!

Another miracle: one of our investigators has a baptism date for decemeber 24!! so hopefully everything goes well and she is able to be baptized then!

so back story for the baptism date: we had a lesson with 이영화 and it was going really well so we decided to bring up baptism and we brought her to the font and let her walk around in it and showed her how she would get baptised and then we told her more about the temple (she loves the temple and really wants to go) so we explained that in order to go inside you have to be a member of the church and she said okay so then we asked what day she wanted to get baptized and she said christmas eve! and then she asked if sister lynn could come and see it so we said of course! and then she asked what day she could go in the temple so then we figured that all out with her haha so now we are just hoping we can teach her the rest of the lessons and she can come to church so she can be baptized then! but we were so excited!

sadly we dropped almost everyone else, none of them were progressing and they only wanted english and since sister stringham doesnt have an emtoinal attatchment to them like i do she said its time to let them go and find those who are ready. it was hard but i know its what needed to be done. i think the hardest one was catherine. she kept canceling our appointments with soem dumb excuse but then she would call sister lynn and try to meet with her.... but we finally got her to meet with us and then she straight up told us she only has english interest no religion.... which meant it was time top say goodbye.... i think down the road she will come to the church but right now shes not letting herslef be ready....

and to answer your question yes its getting dark here faster, which in the morning makes it even harder to get up haha but dont worry i still wake up on time. and its freezing here. today was bitter cold with wind... so that wasnt fun!

and i do get a long with my companion, at times it hard but shes really nice. she has a bigger personality then me so sometimes i dont really talk much in lessons which isnt the funniest but its okay... and she does help me a lot with korean but sometimes its frustrating because someone will say something to me and i wont know whart they said and most people will translate it for me but she doesnt, she says it again in korean but a little slower till i can figure it out, which is nice because then it makes me have to think about it but it also makes me feel a litle stupid because then it draws more attention that i dont know what they are saying, if that makes sense haha but i know in the long run it will be helpful to me!

yeah i do think about everything i have done since high school, especially when times gets hard because then i have to remind myself that if i could finish school then io can finish this! haha

im sorry that you are all sick! i will pray that you guys will get better! i loved the pictures yousent! dont be mad but i dont have pictures this week, my camera died and i dont have an adapter to charge it yet.... i need to borrow one or buy one (the adapter we bought it the wrong one haha) but i will try and borrow on to have pictures next week!

 aha ok then i dont feel as bad, but still a little bit haha

okay everyone tells me about a bunch of korean shows that i have to watch when i get home so we will have to watch them together and then hopefully i will be able to understand them haha 

 aha ive heard about some good ones! have you wat ched other ones?

we went food shopping then went to choir and then went to my companions old area. ive come to realize that she has no sense of time becvause we are literally late to everything haha after choir i was like we should probably go email and then she was like okay but then she invited her old companion to go to lunch together in their old area and it took us forever to get there so we didnt even end up eating we just talked and eventually i was like okay we need to email or we wont have time haha 

 

haha love you mom! thanks for staying up and talking with me, it means a lot. i may or may not have tears in my eyes haha but its only cause i love you so much! pretend i am giving you an air hug! 21 more days till i cant talk to you!
