Hello my wonderful mommy!
guess what is the weirdest thing ever?!?! i had a lot of lasts on my mission last week ㅠㅠㅠ
last
temple trip: it was sad to think that was my last time going, i
remember the first time i went and thought my last time would never come
haha
last transfer call: to update you all i
am still staying in uijeonbu and dongduchun but i am getting a new
companion... again/// 12 transfers with 12 companions haha my new
companion is sister ha, she is korean but grew up in america so is
pretty much american. we have been roommates the past 12 weeks but she
is moving to my team and sister lee is moving to her team. so i will
still be in the same house as my old companion haha so that will be fun!
but low key i am extremly happy to never have to worry about transfer
calls again and never have to worry about who my next companion will
be!
This week has been good, we were able to
take our investigator with the baptismal date, sister kim to a baptismal
services in one of my old areas and she was able to meet the taylors
and talk with them, and because that area also has the temple we were
able to walk around the temple grounds with her, she said she really
like it, i am so excited for the time where she will be able to actually
go in and do the work for herself and her family! because me and sister
lee are both still in the area we had to decided what we would do with
our investigators so we decided that sister lees team will be the one
that does the rest of the teaching with her, because we are teaching her
really fast we both felt that it would be better for her to get the
rest of the lessons with fluent korean and i will be there for any
questions she has and i will be able to help her with any questions with
her LDSBC application so i will still help her just wont be the one to
do the teaching! we werent able to meet with security gurad this week
because he had work but he said he will come to church next week!
it
has been so weird to tell people the last few days that i go home next
month, especially when i went back to my old area that i served in
during my 4-6 transfers they were all asking when i go home and all i
had to say was next month, it was the weirdest feeling haha
well i love you so much!!

yeah we were all really shocked but i think it will be good because both
me and sister ha have served with sister lee so if her new comp
struggles we will both know how to help her! yeah i am really excited
for her!
i actually went on an extremly long exchange with sister
hansen this week, after the temple all the koreans in the mission had a
korean conference so all the forgiegners who had korean companions went
on splits with other people so i went with sister hansen and we just did
random stuff in that area and then after the conference we went on
normal exchanges! so normally exchanges are only 24 hours but ours were
like 40 haha it was the best, president allowed it because he knew i had
been struggling a little bit! what do you mean purging at the end??
ooh yeah i will get rid of a lot of things right before i leave
especially the things i brought from america and just keep the things i
bought in korea
so we actually went to the temple twice last week so those are both from
this last week, with the red dress was when we went as a zone the green
one was when we went with sister kim
oh yes we did a couple weeks ago, sister taylor just sen us those so i
never sent them home yet, we did it to introduce light the world to
people, but to be honest i dont know what the 10 year thing was we just
thought it was cute hah
