7 months!!!

How the heck have i made it to 7 months?!?!? (5 months today in korea!!! crazy right?!) there have been so many times where i have wanted to pack up my stuff and buy a super expensive plane ticket and fly home but now looking back i am glad i didnt haha the past 7 months have been hard but i wouldnt trade them for anything in the world!!! i never knew how much i person can change in jsut a short amount of time, its crazy!

Nothing too exciting happened here this past week. and yes it has been freezing cold (one day when we were leaving for the office for zone conference it was -2 f....), so we have been trying our best to find things to do inside, which means we were trying out best to make appointments with people, but that didnt necessarily happen haha so we called A BUNCH of people and we were able to set quite a few appointments for this coming week, so we hope they go through because we really need some new investigators!!!!

One day this week i was on exchanges so i was in a different area and the lady we were teaching English too was this cute older lady, i didnt understand like anything she was saying (some people are harder to understand then others) but at the end of the meeting she walks into her bathroom and gets us the drink from a barrel that was in her bathroom.... and it was a yellow drink... me and the other sister i was with were really hesitant to drink it but the korean we were with said it was fine because she knew what it was. it wasnt that good but we just thought it was funny that we drank something that came from her bathroom!

this past week i have done alot of reflecting back on my life because i have been talking about school alot with my companion since she is currently trying to apply for school. and i realized that my life has not gone the way i have wanted it to at all! but looking back it has gone the way that i needed, i just didnt know it. it wasnt my first choice to attend LDSBC and it wasnt my first choice to serve a mission but now i cant imagine my life not doing either. i had someone ask me the other day what i think my life would be like had I not listening to the prompting to change schools to LDSBC.  and i realized that i dont think i would be on a mission right now. LDSBC really had set me up perfectly to allow the mission to fall right in to place when i needed to go. So sometimes god asks us to do things that we dont want to but i have really come to know that if we listen to him our life will go 100% better if we take his path rather then our own!

I love you so much and i hope you have a great week!
