no i didnt get the video of hunter......
the
pictures of lainey cracked me up. she is getting so big its crazy! i
never realize how fast time goes until i see pictures of her or logan
and lincoln, because then i see how big they are and then it makes it
real that a lot of time really has past since the last time i have seen
them.!
this week has been really good, i think
it has been one of the funnest weeks of my mission! as a district we
trying our best to get our english classes started this coming Friday so
we have worked really hard to make that happen! we have had different
activities going almost everyday last week, so that made it really fun!
except since no one else has ever done this we have had to figure it out
all on our own so that has made it really hard, but i think we are
beginning to master it! we have to wear the yellow helping hands vests
over our name tags because this will all be service orientated around
the helping hands and then if people ask we can tell them we are
missionaries. but some of the activities we have down, is me and sister
fryer will take a dart board and some how get people to throw a ball at
this dart board then give them candy and introduce the program (or we
have done english quizzes with them) other companionship have done horse
with a small basketball hoop, giving english names, water balloons,
nerf guns and a bunch of random stuff! we have actually had a lot of
success. just by our own finding ways as a group we have gotten over 100
numbers and out of those numbers right now we have 24 people signed up
for a class and that is all just from a week of finding activities.
except
to be honest it has been really sad to see how much more willing people
are to talk to us when they cant see our name tags or when all we offer
to them is a free english class. i have gotten more numbers last week
then i have my whole mission. we all wish people were more willing to
talk to us if only they knew how important the message we had for them
was. but its okay it has still been fun, but dont worry i have a lot of
pictures from all the activities, but sorry you wont see our name tags
just the vests!
our investigators for some
reason the past few weeks have stopped progressing and dont really let
us transition very well from the english part to the gospel part very
well anymore so we sat down this week and decided maybe its time to drop
them and to go out and do more finding. we decided to put our trust in
the lord and let him lead us to the people who have more then just
english interest (which is really hard to find here) but we know we can
do it!

i am doing really well! i love the sisters i live with so much, it keeps
it so much fun, i will send some crazy videos of them but you cant send
those ones out only for you guys to see hahahah how are you? and i love d the video of hunter!!!!
thats cause i feel awkward when i film myself speak korean haha maybe i will have my comp do it with me~!
